Meet Coach Derek Nette
Derek Nette is a strength and conditioning coach with more than a 15 years of experience working with athletes and helping people get stronger and perform at a higher level.
Derek runs the Strength and Conditioning Program at Chippewa Falls High School, where he works with athletes from multiple sports and oversees their year-round strength and performance training. He also coaches at Hybrid Fitness in Chippewa Falls and works with competitive Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting athletes.
His coaching goes beyond simply handing someone a workout. Derek believes athletes should understand what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how it is helping them improve. Training is built around the individual, whether that means becoming stronger for a sport, preparing for a powerlifting or weightlifting competition, improving technique, or simply becoming stronger and more confident in the gym.
Built By Nette Strength & Performance was created to bring that same level of coaching to more people. Derek offers in-person and online coaching, in-person and online programming, Powerlifting Coaching & Programming, Olympic Weightlifting Coaching and Programming, along with personal training options available at Hybrid Fitness.
